    The good thingsVery insightful internship experience and I definitely enjoyed the learning process with my O2C team. Friendly team leader, great colleagues overall.
    The challengesI would say the difficulties would be on improvising what you are about to learn and act in practices. In 3 months time, our task will become easier with a proper amount of training and guidance from supervisors.

    A new family member
    The good thingsThe staff will teach you until you are will master on it with patient. All the activities are good to involves. They will treat you as an ordinary staff even you are fresh graduated or intern. The best thing is they are stingy in knowledge, they will give more than sufficient.
    The challengesOnly on work. Everyday new cases will arise and more knowledge would gain. New day, new adventure.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours and claims is good. Bonuses good among other SSC, and starting 2018 they opted for Quality over quantity so make sure you deliver all the KPI goals and make a good friend with everyone so you can be visible.
    The challengesGood working environment, MNC company. Depend on your luck not all manager is the same. So far so good amongs other SSC. Increment low depend on KPI and Bonuses is good plus with 13th months salary. If you wanted to settle down here is the place as long everyone like you no issue would be brought up. To be honest the company should balance all the hiring gender and races, don't be surprise if you see the majority is the minority here.
