    Small, cramped office with limited parking and surau; canteen often unavailable, no earphones allowed, making environment uncomfortable.
    The good things 1. there are happy birthday celebrations and free food. 2. friedly with everyone.
    The challenges 1. no parking, so parking outside the company. 2. the surau is very small. can only fit 3/4 people. so, it's hard to pray sincerely because there are people chatting in the surau. 3. the office is small and cramped. 4. you can't use earphones or earbuds to get rid of sleepiness while working. 5. there is a canteen but it's small and sometimes the canteen lady sells it sometimes not. so, many people eat outside. 6. the environment is not good.

    The challengesAt my previous company, one of the main challenges was the inefficiency in project management processes. For instance, the lack of a centralized system for tracking progress led to delays and miscommunication. I took the initiative to propose and implement a new project management tool, which significantly improved our workflow and team coordination. This experience taught me the importance of adaptive problem-solving and effective communication in overcoming operational hurdles.
