    To much multitasking
    The good things1. Free breakfast, lunch, dinner 2. lots of annual leave
    The challenges1. limited manpower to cover whole plant 2. sometimes 1 person need to cover 3 level production plant also warehouse too 3. safety 4. the salary not match with the job scope
