Good experience for freshie
The good thingsThe company which has their own standard. The salary on time. Have guideline by superior for new comer. Good experience for fresh graduate or want to build career in construction field.
The challengesWork under pressure. Overload because in charge many project. No work life balance. Tend to stay until night to complete the task. Weekend need to bring the incomplete task.

The challengesLong working hours, for site staff will be 6 day per week. Wish company could give half day once per month for site staff.
