    Thanks for the experience
    The good thingspayment on time, and got the best bonus
    The challengesThe production manager lacks experience in the automotive industry: just talk, but no action. The company has not updated in automotive technology and still uses the old one. If there have any problem with the product, the HOD will push back with others and will not take responsibility. RND also needs to get the experience one, with the current RND, I don't believe they can develop a good product.
