Some manager should be replaced; all bark and no bite and constantly living in wonderland which will overturn your view on managers 4. Canteen isn't where or how it's supposed to be 5. C&B is minimal and a mess 6. Your bonus is dependent on how well you kiss not work

    Punch card is ok, the salary is acceptable, many colleagues are ok but in terms of advantages and benefits, there is nothing much. Some supervisors are competent and some are not competent to do the job. In terms of eating and drinking, the canteen does sell food and drinks. In terms of cleanliness at work, it is excellent. The work is quite good, the parking lot has to be parked inside, it's safer, the holidays are good. The toilet is not satisfactory. In terms of bad management.
    The good things1. Workplace is very clean. 2.Punch card is good. 3.Canteen have sell food and drinks. 4.Friends at workplace are not bad. 5.Security is good
    The challenges1.You must have strong mental. 2.For operator you need to stand for 12 hours !!! 3.You cannot keep handphone inside production. 4.Sometimes you dont have any jobs. 5.Some QC is bad

Poor working environment (office use), very less increment, less basic income than MNC company, working time must be sharp time, leave effective used only after 1 year, IT support to all levels without tier practice.
