    Cool place. My first job as engineer.
    The good thingsChill environment. Go back on time. Lots of holiday. Confirm have 5 day off during raya and CNY.
    The challengesJapanese is punctual but I'm OK with it. Very polite work culture. No screaming. No cursing. Low salary bracket. Low increment.

    Good for fresh grad only, not to stay
    The good thingsSurrounding colleague, have medical benefits, had many annual leaves,have cafe and big pray room.
    The challengesToo many workload and ad-hoc task. Have to stay back almost everyday. Continuous meeting from morning briefing until evening. Approval system that are too complicated make task delay. Superior are not supportive and keep blaming. Low salary compare to market.just get the experience and find other place.
