    Not going to recommend friend to work at here as the sales keep declining, and also toxic culture, lack of leadership skill.
    The good thingsEmployer will provide the employee benefit which can cover you and your family member, and also provide company insurance
    The challengesToxic culture, management from Device department not allow their member to work from home, even Human Resource Department allowed employee can work from home for one day, but the management refuse to allow his member on this part. And also employees will fill in Employee Survey Data, but result low, and senior management never listen to all employee feedback, they just listen the feedback from middle management, which may cause communication error.

    Work here get the experience and ciao. Career growth is not meant for you here. Work also mostly very manual and old fashion.
    The good thingsThe long holiday for malaysia 3 major holidays. Rarely disturbed through messages or calls from your superior and work is okay once you get used to the schedule. The finance team I won't say everyone is great to work with. Some are ok some are just plain nosey rosy.
    The challengesMicromanage you in every chance you get. If your work is not done they will intervally come ask you if you finish or not (like stand beside you). The superiors that work for years here need to be wary cuz they're like a cctv that I wonder why they even bother to install actual cctv

    Good company to work with good benefit but the management is bad. Too much micromanagement from the managers. Difficult to accept on new ideas from young members. If you apply for executive level, avoid vacancies for QC department. Toxic working culture with toxic manager.
    The good things- Good benefit for employee and dependent. - Good facilities and equipment. - Good increment and bonus depend on KPI achievement.
    The challenges- Too much office politic among top management. - Too much micromanagement from top management. - The working culture is too rigid and still like 90s working culture. - The senior top management members hard to listen on new ideas.

    The challengesMicromanagement. need to write daily report of what you have done.Keep chasing your tasks everyday regardless urgent or not. Very wide job scope which is definitely out from JD advertised and it can increase every time. Now cut budget hire a lot of freshie.

    The good things1. Good training ground. Variety type of trainings are given 2. Reasonable fresh grad salary and benefits
    The challenges1. Poor management. Very old ways of doing things. 2. Opportunities to grow are very slow. Some people are still executives after working more than 10 years
