    Excellent & supportive workplace
The good thingsI worked at several companies before I joined Pandai Education. It is very refreshing to be part of a visionary startup in Southeast Asia that has a great workplace. The working arrangement is great. As long as your goals are achieved, they give you freedom & support in how you want to executive things. Everyone is held accountable for their own performance. I am given the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere, and I determine how I work with my international colleagues.
The challengesThe management likes to introduce new productivity tools & enhance the office culture. They keep improving all the time, so I have to keep up as well. The company encourages transparency & open communication, something that I was not used to before, but I really appreciate now.

Great company. Great bosses. Great colleagues.
The good thingsEven though it's not a big office, the environment is quiet nice. The staff all friendly and ready to help you with anything. There's also a 'Pizza Day' once a month where the boss treats all the staff nice meal. There's also free flow Milo in the pantry. The bosses so friendly! There's also no strict dress code. You can just wear anything comfortable (e.g: jeans, slipper), but not to wear that if you're meeting with client.
The challengesAs an intern, the job scope totally different with what I've learned. So that's quite challenging. But with the help of senior staff, It's all went well. Second challenging things is: the KL Festival City is just 5 minutes away from the office, and it's hard to not go after tired with work all day. Especially when you don't have money. Haha.
