    Maybe can consider to continue service if the salary was affordable but here was underpaid
    The good things-worklife balance -nice colleague & HOD -no stress work -medical benefit
    The challenges-underpaid salary -There was limited career growth since most tasks were basic and tightly controlled by HQ and the vendor. As a result, you had little opportunity to expand your knowledge or take on new responsibilities. -sometime just a verbal instruction without black & white

    The good thingsTransparent and open management style with lots of support from corporate office personnel. Progressive and interactive trainings provided for career progression. The Group emphasizes in healthy staff engagement projects and never stop its efforts to improve employees' satisfaction level.
