    The good thingsThe good thing is, the people you serve are honestly better than the people you actually work with. That is a small consolation in your daily slog here at Pantai. The office is wonderful and the newly reopened Block A is huge.
    The challengesMost HODs are bitter, and they make everything difficult the minute you try and approach things any way other than THEIR way. it could also be an age factor? They are mostly, noticeably older and have all been serving Pantai for a VERY long time. Perhaps, it is that factor that has driven them to believe they know best. Very rigid, very cold. Not one is approachable. Difficult working style here.
