    Good environment as this hospital is not main branch hospital. But still busy got many patient with lack of staffing number causing increase of workload and lead to stress

    The challengesEnvironment is a bit "cold" between senior and junior staff. Getting angry without reason. And they start ti talking bad at your backside. Hopefully other company wont do this.

    Averagely is a good company. Just some area need improvement.
    The good thingsAble to get a lot of experience. Supporting staff for higher education. Most the doctor and nurse here are friendly and nice. Top authorities are good.
    The challengesBasic salary for experienced staff is lower than new comer with less experience. Need to hire or promote staff with adequate skills together with knowledge level, not by experiences alone.

    The good thingsI really enjoy worked at Pantai Hospital Manjung, even though its really short but I really discover new thing and great experience. If I get the opportunity, I will work at this place again, I also have great superior that willing teach me really well.
    The challengeswhen I work at this place, I had two cover two position on the same time, but its really exciting. The salary will not enough with the job I had to cover, but it worth it when its come to experience that I learn.
