    Got to learn many new things.
    The good thingsAs fresh grad, u got to learn many new things and most important your learning proses doest stop because they keep upgrading their services especially in using new technologies/machines. For some 'oldies' they found these as inconvenient, but you never know how much it benefited you also.
    The challengesIt's fast paced moving company. And those who already in their comfort zone might don't want to accept this challenges. Unfortunately, the environment are toxic and stressful.

    The good thingsThe employers help me to get to know the test that must be done in order to detect certain disease, they also teach and exposed me on how to use the machine and teach me to do the quality control first before running the test in order to obtain precise and accurate results.
    The challengesDue to this lab is Core , why not add on cytology and histology section in this lab
