    The good thingsColleagues and direct superior were helpful. Besides, you can learn as much thing as possible (daily sales quotation, proceed sales order, delivery order, outsource mill and issue PO to mill, client visits, overseas exposure and having chance to participate in exhibition). I’d appreciate the chances and opportunity given by my direct superior during my time here.
    The challengesWorkload is too much and need to multitask for everything. Eg: need to complete paperwork and email checking by ownself instead of assigning your team members for help besides meeting client.

    The good thingsI am able to learn how to manage company and user problem in company. Able to experience how to solve and manage problem directly and fast. And able to enhance experience by communication with user, client and vendor.
    The challengesA bit hard at first start to manage at a very big company in entry level for IT field as IT is an important part in every company.
