    Great Colleague and opportunity to learn
    The good thingsMy colleague are great and friendly. Each department respect each other work and very helpful. Since each department is not that large, staff can learn more without burdening the supervisor with multitasking.
    The challengesIt's a medium size office and still growing, so other benefits is still in discussion.

    The good thingsthe staff is friendly and cool to work with.
    The challengesto much workload and the top management seems don't really care about staff. the salary is not worth at all. the management will give you an offer letter together with resign latter for you too sign with. in my honest opinion, the top management have to replace by others who know how to do the job rather than find staff wrong doing.

    The challengesHeavy workload and ad hoc task of drivers issues are a lot. Besides, the senior staff and senior executive are arrogant and not cooperative at all...

    good teamwork and friendly environment
    The good thingswork in a team and each staff will cooperate with each other if any urgent job that have to be done on time. They also practicing friendly environment so, all staff they treat as a family.
    The challengesmany urgent task that have to do for auditing purposes and not allowed to claim overtime allowance. But, i learn many thing for example, reconcile debtor accounts, proper failing, and billing process.
