    The good thingsA zero-politics environment. Although it's fast-paced, proper guidance and coaching are provided. Overall cordial colleagues and condusive working place.

    Terrible place and suggest don't want to work there
    The good thingsStaff friendly except the head.
    The challengesNon-stop work and low salary. Closing need to mop all the container of chili sauce, black pepper and the container that put toothpaste and need to wear the gloves and use a cloth to clean all of them ,if checked got a little bit of chili sauce,then don't let u go until u finish all. (until u finish, there's no much time to eat ur staff meals at 10.30pm)

    The good thingsI do learn some part of management, get to be hands-on on HACCP, Systems from Singapore hand down. Nearly promoted, however too fast as the employer wants to keep people
    The challengesThe head wouldn't listen to suggestions at all , promises not kept. Doesn't have a standard system. keep changing in reference, no proper guide in reporting line , supposed to be promoted but turns out to be a promise forgotten

    The good thingsLots to learn, more than most companies do. Letting newbies to do more free flow
    The challengesHard to get things done , as both leaders of the company have 2 different opinions. Some promises are said but not kept. Due to different divison treated unfairly
