    Company no transparency
The good thingsGood colleagues and nice life balance. Can go back after fixed working hours. No on call or after work support. Daily meal allowance. Good luck to those who are there.
The challengesMedical bad, no insurance medical card. No hospitalization or specialist care, have to pay first then only claim. Simply change job description without informing to people. Changing of organization chart done secretly. Local and US management very stingy and calculative. Moving to Science Park, very far.

    Challenging company that seeks growth
The good thingsGreat colleagues that is easy to get along and share the center point culture whereby everyone focus in trying to get things done right. Great flexibility in work-life balance. Subsidized lunch from canteen though lunch time short.
The challengesGlobal presence interferes in daily operations. Difference in global vs local work culture. Management expects employees feedback but doesn't take comments positively. Very secretive and not transparent management. Politics. Badly designed software system used is rigid. No opportunity for growth. Limited training provided. Benefit coverage is poor.
