    I learn that practical construction can be very different from the theoretical calculation.i also learn a lot about the logistics of site working. Long story short, it is a good place to start building connections and gaining new experience.
    The good thingsThe company has good and friendly culture. Many celebration is offer to the employee and employer such as fruit festival, chap goh meh, BBQ party and sometimes the company held competition between northern region and central region. This enable us to build a strong relationship between two region.
    The challengesOn site, primary challenge is limited workforce. For every site has only certain number of labor to complete the task which is scheduled. Once the workforce is insufficient, the work cannot be completed which might lead to Extension of Time. Next challenge is the frequent inspection of quality of work done by the sub-contractor. The work done must be with high quality so as to prolong the design life of the building. Hence, the site supervisor or site engineer should always make sure that the sub-contractor and its people are doing its job in the right way.

    The good thingsVery comfortable environment, friendly colleague, good teamwork without dramas. We apply work hard play hard ideas in the working attitude. During work time everyone very serious, but we can be crazy when come to play. All HODand bosses it's friendly too. Even interdepartment we can have fun too.
    The challengesSometimes we would meet difficult customer, and we need to solve the issue related to law. Giving customer the best service without losing customer in terms of profit some kind of challenges for us. Protect company image and givd the best service to customer always our job sales personnel & marketer.

    The good thingsI worked there as intern, colleagues are very friendly and helpful, even the bosses are kind and not the bossy and arrogant type. The really take care of their people very well, lots of welfare and remuneration programmes for permanenet workers.
    The challengesHave to be a fast learner, KPI-based, so you have to know your responsibilities.

I have met some very good people here, who goes from colleague to become my personal friend for life. Great people, great company!
    The challengesThe company is aimed to be the industry leader, hence a lot of time we are on a tight schedule in delivering the result especially for a sales staff. Hence the stress and also work load, give we don't have enough sales staffs, many times we are expected to cover a lot of things by ourselves, especially when you are at the senior level.
