Hands on experience in training, decision making, team work, problem solving, etc. Handsomely paid with annual bonus and increment and high allowances benefits Thanks to the team work and a paramount family environment with tons of motivation, always able hit the KPI. Last but not least, best platform to practice and implement your ideas with encouragement and support from all management team.
    The challengesChallenges faced was ability in time management, due to individuals hands on involvement in multiple essentials audits/trainings/planning meetings here which is great opportunity for personal growth. Hence,self time management is crucial in ensuring the task for each item are well planned for completion.

    The good thingsGood company for new fresh graduate. Can explore and expose to new product.Company also provide a lot of monthly staff activities, celebration dinner as well company trip.
    The challengesLess annual leave as low as 14 days for an executive. It is also hard to achieve kpi since we are doing multi tasking job scope. Company always to remind to save and do value engineering before proceed for any final confirmation. Last but not least, normal political issue within colleagues is a major problem, everyone to be a champion but still company will value you based on team work.

    Flexible working hour
    The good thingsThe working hour is not strict but most important you need to accomplish your assessment before the due date and make sure there is a progression every week.
    The challengesThe project is delayed and some of the construction did not have enough worker and they did not rectify any defects that stated in the report.
