    The good thingsworkload gives us ability to memorize the most sophisticated system better until you can be efficient as good as the experienced worker. the flexible working hour especially friday. most condusive working place. a supportive interdepartmental team.
    The challengesthe higher ranking officers need more knowledge especially in new challenging situation and must be helpful on how to handle the workload and delegating duties to ensure the target is achieved. teamwork is not only for lower rank officer but also to whole rank in the department to ensure efficiency & progress.

    No offence, but kinda rasis here.
    The good thingsHigh salary. If public holiday is Saturday, then your AL will +1 Per 4 months you will get incentive (total 3 per year = 1 month bonus) Then bonus normally 1 - 2 months. Most of the time will have company lunch! Depends on event. They like to celebrate birthday too! But break time only 45 minutes...to make sure.. you can go back at 4.45PM on Friday!!

    Company Full of Politicians and Dreamers
    The good thingsFreedom to come and go and do whatever we like. There are NO discipline and punctuality is not a common practice in the company. Meetings are held almost every week and during meetings, laptops, handphones and tabs are commonly in used. There is NO orders during meetings and No one seems to care about what is happening during all the rubbish meetings.
    The challengesTo leave or Not to leave................The management doesn't really care about what we do and on the plus point we do have plenty of freedom to move around. There is minimum discipline and hardly any orders in practices.
