    Nice work life balance culture
    The good thingsThe environment and people are friendly, as long as you completed the task on time, you are ok to relax a bit and rest at the office for an appropriate amount of time in between the working time. The IT manager and head of IT are both friendly, considerate, understandable and kind as they are not pushy but do listen to other people's words and minds. The location are not bad too, near to MRT and Pavilion, and have multiple places for lunch nearby. A lot of convenient shops too.
    The challengesThe IT team is started up with a very small amount of people, so the pay of salary might not as high as the current market price for the IT industry. However, when the team grows bigger, the IT Head also noticed this issue and also take effort to increase the pay gradually to meet the market price. The candidates who wanted to join in future will get the benefit for this.

    Great Working Environment,
    The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the various races working there. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. There is no racism at all.
    The challengesThe Company is still new in the industries, a lot of things needed and should be improve such as the system and sop. Overall operation is good but needed to be improve to move further ahead. The management need to give more thought about the current worker that work in the company. Give more benefit and etc

    The good thingsAll of the staff were very kind including the manager . Theres no issue about working with people at this company but theres several reason that makes people 'touch n go' . Overall it was the best place for career development
