    It is a good opportunity as I learnt and experienced so many things here.
    The good thingsThe office hour is good as we get two breaks for pray times. For admin department we are working only five days a week from 9am to 6pm. Bonus is given once a year. Increment is given based on your grade. The grading is done by unit head, admin manager, human resources manager, and top management. The numbers will be sum up to finalise grade and determine the total increment. The company was near to restaurant and shops
    The challengesI need to stay back and finish the job if client assigned a task at late of evening. If it was friday and I could not finish it up on that day, so I need to work overtime the next day. For operation department, they working six days a week.

    The good thingsFun working environment, everyone is like a family. Competitive salary packages, nearby public transport. Lots of employees engagement going around in the company (dinner, futsal, badminton, contest, etc.). Facilities provided is good. Comfortable work station, spacious office, pantry with free coffee and Milo all day long. Overall, fun place to work in.
