    The good thingsFor me, it is a very good company to work with (for a while only) as it gives you many of experiences. Sakan accepts worker, even without experiences Sakan maintain the staffs througout the pandemic
    The challengesMultitasking It may be very difficult to have even an offday if you are a branch manager as you need to find a person to take over your work - if you don't have an assistant Wok until late at night You will be transferred to anywhere throughout the Peninsular Malaysia

    The good thingsA lot of exposure in admin, account and management of operation, cash, marketing and customer service. Good staff team work at branch level and good clerk at headquarter to work and liaise with.
    The challengesThe senior management and bosses keep changing their decision even after they made and had procees with final decision. There are always have misscommunication within the management has affected the efficiency in branch management to implement any decision made by them.

    Very Helpful Company!
    The good thingsI learn how to get higher sales at my outlet. Especiall on peak season. There is so much experience that i gain here. I learn how to manage the outlet well, how to improve my staff motivation everyday instead they can stay longer. And also i lear how to manage my inventory system as well. You will get the best ever training from the best trainee and auditors from this company which you can practically do what have they teach you.
    The challengesThe challenges is when it comes the peak season. There is so mamy customet that me and my all staff need to serve them as good as we can. But, the higher sales will automatically removes all our fatigue in one day.

    The good thingsi learn how to manage daily sale. make sure that everyday i will achieve my target in order to increase my sale. learned on how to manage my staff especially dealing with staff of ages 20 and below. learned how to responsible in everything that might happen towards staff, sales, and even the maintenance. i learned on how to stand on my very own feet.
    The challengesits about how to deal with the stress and the system. sometimes the orders from management department so hard to deal since i need to handle my staff while i still need to finish all my jobs. it is a good experience where i can handle on how to work in stress situations. i need to make sure that i fulfill all the orders from the management department especially dealing with goods and stocks.
