    Autocratic leadership.
    The good thingsGood conversation among colleagues. That's it.
    The challenges1. Hanky-panky management. 2. Poor communication between top management and the staffs. 3. No benefits and staff's welfare is not a priority here, thus lead to high employee turnover rate. 4. Major issues with unwise decision from the top management.
