    The good things-Learn a lot of things about solar -Salary package is above average -Good environment among colleagues
    The challenges-Management target only for SALES, upper management need to improve leadership skill -No proper guidance for fresh grad, they will assume like you have experience 2-3 years. -If problem occur at site, you need to find a way to solve it by yourself. -No work life balance

    The challengesEMT is gonna be hard on you to make sure you will fulfill their impossible and difficult expectation. your idea will not necessary be implemented even majority is agree but EMT doesnt agree too.

    The good thingsHelpful and supportive technical / site team (design, project and o&m).
    The challengesNo proper guidance especially for fresh graduates. They leave the job to you like you already know everything and expect the best result. One mistake and you will be bombarded with unnecessary questions by sales and management team that they themselves did not know the answer.

    The challengesCommunication channel very poor, lack of morale support & guidance from Head of Division as well as from Management. Probationary extended without given any feedback.
