Not Recommended if you are seeking proper training as a fresh graduate .As a fresh graduate, this job was a discouraging experience. Too much OT: Daily overtime, OT pay is low Very low salary: basic – same as or lower than SPM leaver pay. Unfair for degree holder. No proper training: Expected to perform well immediately with no structured guidance. Unwilling to teach: Some Seniors showed no patience or effort to help juniors learn. I was insulted and rushed, even on my first week. Toxic culture: No respect for juniors, very unprofessional environment. If you're looking to grow, be trained properly, and be treated with basic respect, I strongly do not recommend this workplace.

    Bad experience
The good thingsMet new people Sometimes workload finish midday
The challengesWorking time is monday to monday when they have event. Although we got paid during sunday, sometimes money cant just replace your rest time. It would be great to have replacement off day for each Sundays we have devoted, but I reckon it wont happen since its a Chinese company that prefer profit over employee. Turnover rate is extremely high and quite make sense.

    Great experience!
The good thingsEmployers are friendly and willing to perform training. They are willing to make interaction and share personal experience with new employees. It will more relaxing to work in the branch without surveillance camera. There is definitely an opportunity to learn phlebotomy (blood drawing) and work in customer service line. Training will be provided to all employees to boost their salesmanship skills and update their knowledge on newest healthcare products. Employees can end work on time and there is no need for OT past the working hours.
The challengesIt is particularly busy during weekends. Employees from branches are required to take shifts on Sundays at times to deal with the workload in HQ, which requires employees to travel all the way to the HQ. The stress level in main branches and HQ is comparatively higher. PHAs are required to sell healthcare products to reach quota limit.
