    Great place to learn!
The good thingsSmall but tight-knitted, the teammates are united and helpful. You get lots of support from your colleagues but do need to pick up fast. The atmosphere is lively and work place is cosy. Everyone’s voices and opinions are heard here, no matter your position.
The challengesThe work is challenging but it is equally rewarded with job satisfaction. Learning curve is steep, but you learn a lot of a short span of time.

Great place to be an all rounder to explore your skill and resources
The good thingsThis is place where all experience and resources are shared between team to bosses. Do not be afraid to ask and give opinions.
The challengesWell, all agencies have their bad and good times but you’ll be able to have great times with the team and be one with the boss and management.

    Fun Working Environment
The good thingsIt’s a great experience working here with a bunch of young blood full with creative ideas all the time making hectic daily work a less stressful one. Micromanage management allows you to learn quickly & experience things yourself, not restricted & limited with ideas. Travel opportunities.
The challengesHectic but that’s what you’re supposed to be prepared for as creative industry is all about deadlines.

    Abysmal Working Culture
The good things- Open-door policy to allow discussions with the boss. - Small team = quick response, quick approvals and \"sometimes\" speedy execution. - Established client roster. - Modern Office. - Efficient Pay Master.
The challenges- Abysmal working culture, where politics (and tons of gossips) thrive and management misuse their authority. - Management doesn't follow the working procedures and policies it set to establish. - Constant OT-ing due to poor leadership, incompetency and overall lack of communication of internal staffs. - Expect to have ALOT of Ad-hoc briefs, task, requests from the management after working hours/ weekend.
