High turnover rate for reasons
The good thingsA lot of new things to learn. Simple and straightforward kind of jobs.. but....
The challengesThe politics in this company is too strong. Benefits are so-so. Turnover rate is high... i guess this only happens in Payer Malaysia, not in other parts of the world.
