The good thingsEverything is good. The environment is pretty conducive, I obtained an intensive working experience, the staffs were friendly. We had weekly and monthly outings! A very good place to be exposed with oil and gas industry.
The challengesMultiple and endless adhoc tasks were given but the pressure was bearable as the co workers were all very helpful and firendly.

I'm working starting with clerk. Then I challanges myself to work with ither department. I know I can do a better for my future. So, I try to learn about Quality Control. I do a mistake but I never give up. Now, I learned everything and worked as a Technical Assistant Quality Comtrol. I love my job now.
The good thingsI believe strongly in working with other people towards a common goal and I know the skills I bring not only as a Clerk or Technical Assistant, but as a team member will not only bring me work satisfaction, but will make me a valuable teammate as well
The challengesCommunication and Staff Attitudes. Ability to be Creative. (It’s a challenge for me to be creative all the time in a new department and team with a new environment) Problem Solving. (How to solve the problem in a group teams) New Skills and Professional Development.

Good experience with plenty of opportunities for gaining skills and knowledge
The good thingsAs an ex-intern student working here, I was tasked to assist a senior project engineer. Despite being an intern, I was involved in the majority of the projects, which allowed for me to get a clearer picture on the project itself. This has led me to understand what is expected of the project and helped in pushing me to improve myself.
The challengesSince I was being involved in the majority of the project, the continuous nature of the workload required me to adapt to the new working environment. Additionally, I had to make some self-study in order to understand some of the new technical terms that I cam across while working.

    good start for fresh grad
The good thingsthe staffs are very helpful and friendly, as well as top management. the environment is good for a fresh grad to start a working life. its just that there is no career development and dont expect to get high salary. no bonus and no increment.
The challengesthe company should appreciate more their staffs. knowing that the economy is not good nowadays and the oil price is dropping, at least the permanent staffs who got retrenched get enough compensation.
