Good place to learn as a freshie, but promotion and pay are quite limited.
The good thingsThis company is a good place to start your career, especially if you’re a fresh graduate. You can learn many things here, and most of the seniors are helpful as long as you take the initiative to ask questions. It’s a hands-on environment that gives you solid exposure to real work challenges.
The challengesWorking here gives you exposure to a fast-paced environment, but career growth is quite limited. It’s not easy to get promoted as the expectations from superiors are often very high, sometimes beyond what’s reasonable for the position. Effort and hard work are not always appreciated, which can be demotivating. The starting salary is also quite low compared to the workload and expectations. Overall, it’s a good place to gain experience, but not ideal for long-term career growth or work-life balance.
