    The good thingsGood environment, many different processes to familiarize with, good for fresh graduates. There're quite many seniors to guide you around, friendly staffs & harmony working environment. Flexible in performing to the best you could & as capable as you can be with opportunity given to show your talent to management & to customers. Definitely good company to work in.
    The challengesProspectus of the company is not as stable as it used to be, demand in manufacturing is getting tougher with more competition in the region & more customers shifting away to other countries. It can't guarantee good future & corporate ladder is quota to certain level as the family-run business has their mature staffing filled up, but there're certainly opportunity to go further at right time.
