    Balance of Pros and Cons
    The good things- Management somewhat reasonable. - Good kickstart for career development. - Friendly colleagues in other department. - Fair treatment from Manager.
    The challenges- Some colleagues make you feel like a stranger than a professional colleague in work environment. Sometimes lack of communication. - Not a strategic place for lunch break outside (during this review is written). - If you are okay with semi-corporate environment. This is for you. - Work environment/system too complicated and messy.

    There's always pros and cons
    The good things- Management is somewhat reasonable. - Fair treatment from Manager. - Good colleague in other department. - Have snacks in pantry. - Quite flexible in working hours with solid reason.
    The challenges- Some colleagues make you feel like a stranger rather than a professional colleague. - If you look for semi-corporate environment, this is for you. - Not a strategic place by the time this is written for lunch break outside. - Not much benefits & perks other than Yearly Bonus. - Management tools too systematic.

    Amazing culture but really fast paced
    The good thingsMy time here with the Marketing Team was the ultimate highlight for me. The culture in the Marketing team is amazing, everyone is so helpful and caring. My supervisor is someone who really cares about my growth which is very rare to find.
    The challengesShort deadlines. E-commerce industries are naturally face-paced, so you have to be very good att multi-tasking and ensuring you deliver on time.

    The good thingsWas given lots of space to solve problems myself, exploring a variety of solutions Supervisor and Manager were really attentive when I had doubts Friendly co-workers Learned a lot of business knowledge, how a multinational company operates
    The challengesObtaining data from the database could be a hassle if not familiar enough, when the data size is too big the Sheets server would time out, leading to the task being time consuming

    The good thingsWorking environment is really good. I'm working in lT department. All of them are really helpful and friendly. Other staffs also really friendly, love to smile! If you're looking for career development, I think this company is really good to go

    Exciting Working Environment & Room To Grow
    The good thingsAn exciting working environment with open communication - our team lead is open to hearing feedbacks, is willing to teach, guide and constantly encourages us to improve ourselves to be better. There is no shortage of teamwork in this close-knit team as well, supporting and assisting each other through thick and thin.
    The challengesStepping out of comfort-zone to take on new projects can be challenging but the support, encouragement and guidance received from my superior and teammates helps to smoothen the rocky journey. On the bright side of being pushed out of my comfort-zone, I am given the opportunity to explore new areas/ interest within the company.

    The good things# Challenging. As a BD team member here, we need to assist different departments in overall group with different style of working atmosphere and SOP. # Casual & Flexible. We can try different ways to solve the problems, as long as we think it can improve efficiency, accuracy and margin.
    The challenges# Automatize report. We had to manually export and update most of the report raw data from time to time, which took us a lot of time. How to make it automatize and reduce time on updating will be the most challenging part.

    The good thingsthe colleges here are all very kind and friendly. very recommend to those that like friendly working environment.
