    Management politics with poor culture
The good thingsGood exposure and able to learn many things. The audit firm is strict to audit standards and follow the requirements.
The challengesManagement politics. Different partner says different things with different requirement and needs. Audit program keep changing. Lack of senior and staffs causes me as junior feel troublesome. Managers may be incompetent and you have to solve the files yourselves and handle the dealing with partner on your own. And your future over here is depend on whether you get into the respective manager and partner’s files.

A great progress in career development
The good thingsHaving very good colleagues and best friends to work together and help each others along the way, learning audit might be boring without them but I have a great time with them, a great experience to start off with audit career. Never stop learning and everything about audit you would know along the way...
The challengesIn audit firm, there are always working overtime (OT) but in PCCO the OT still not as bad as other big firms. Stressful and suffering as no work life balance but eventually it all worthy it and will be paid off...

Working Stress- OT, OT and OT
The good thingsThe colleagues are good, friendly and helpful. Good colleagues are the only one motivation to work hard and have fun together there. It's good for fresh graduates to learn audit from A to Z.
The challengesEven though it is off peak, you still need to OT. There is always miscommunication among management. And the time assigned to complete tasks is not enough, so you may accumulate many backlogs. This makes you so stressful. High expectation on your performance from management also may makes you so stressful. In short, you will always be stressful.

    Best company to
The good thingsYou would have opportunity to work closely with team. Managers and partners are highly monitor on every level staffs, including junior or intern, which really helpful for individual growth in technical and non-technical skills. Company carry a cheerful environment as everyone knows the stress in meeting all the deadlines. Colleagues willing and always there for help.
The challengesTight deadline to meet up. Lack of parking space around the area and the parking fee is high.

    Great
The good thingsThey are very systematics with their work. Although the workload is a lot, they have made it easier because you can ask the supervisor and the manager in regard to the question that you have.
The challengesYou need to work fast because everyone is professional of their work.
