ALLOWS EXECUTIVES LEVEL STAFF TO WORK FROM HOME SHOULD WE HAVE ISSUES TO TACKLE AT HOME, WE COULD CONNECTED TO COMPANY SERVER FROM HOME TO SETTLE OUR TASK WHEN WE NEED TO. REALLY TAKES CARE OF EMPLOYEES WITH MEDICAL AND DENTAL BENEFITS, LOCAL TRANSPORT PROVIDED AND ENOUGH ANNUAL LEAVE GIVEN.
    The challengesEVEN WITH COST CONTROL WORKING ENVIROMENT, THE COMPANY SHOULD ALLOCATE BUDGET FOR STAFF TRAINING TO KEEP UP WITH CURRENT FAST CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OR TECHNOLOGY TREND. EXPOSURES TO RELATED NEW ITEMS MAY HELP STAFF TO BE CREATIVE IN IMPROVING THEIR JOBS TASK TO BECOMES MORE EFFICIENT, FASTER AND ACCURATE.
