The challengesThe company lacks a proper working system, with frequent last-minute tasks and sudden changes. Employee benefits, including medical claim, are very minimal. There are insufficient basic facilities for staff such as parking, a surau, and a proper working environment. Too many management levels need to be followed, making processes inefficient. Public holidays are limited, and there is no annual dinner. On occasions when company dinners are held, participation is limited and not all staff are included.
Salary is very low compared to the work load given. Sometimes work will be very hard to be accomplised because there will be lack of comitments from the management side.
