BEST EMPLOYER OUT OF THREE WORKPLACES I WORKED WITH
The good thingsAll employees enjoy the same benefits no matters you are local or non-local. Staffs' performance reviewed regularly. Ideas & opinion taken into account. Every employee is given FOC trip worldwide (T&C applies)
The challengesVery short period of end of month (EOM) closing, however this is not a very big issue as the company has very good systems/software to enable us to complete the tasks on time. I've worked more than 7 yrs, and thank God we managed to complete EOM

The good thingsFlexibility and trust are the most important things that I really enjoy about being with this company. The colleagues are also so friendly and helpful, as they support me when I need some information.
The challengesTo handle the monthly reporting pack as well as keep in track with the trip accounts from leaders. Plus, to reconcile the vendor, customer and general ledger cards weekly.
