    Pretty bad working experience here and eye opening to this kind of abnormal working environement

    The challenges1. Head of Departments here are very unresponsible, not up to standard, lack of planning and awareness 2. Micromanagement in this company, making everything is very complicated and affect the working efficiency. 3. No reward system even woking unusual working load 4. No benefits, limited employee welfare and need to work Saturday

    very toxic company to work.

    The challengesOn sunday also we need to work. No OT, only got rm10 per day if you work more than 9pm. Very toxic environment.

    The good thingsHow we manage work at site in one team. At siye, one team is needed for us to build any relations, gain experience, learn about new things.
    The challengesTo get clear about something u dont know. Means new things. But when u learn more, you will gain more. So dont stop learning.
