people getting away eventhough shortstaff they will keep the burden to current staff

The good thingsif you hardworking and willing to work overtime, you will have extra allowance given based on your OT time

The challengeskeep cut out benefits, added more and more stupid rules and regulation that make you tough, treat their staff like prisoners
