Developed automated Telegram bots using Google Apps Script to centralize teacher data.
The good thingsThe internship at PPD Jasin provided a highly collaborative and supportive environment where I was integrated as a trusted member of the Unit Sumber Teknologi dan Pendidikan (USTP). I was granted full technical autonomy over the development of the district's Telegram bot systems, allowing me to lead the architectural decisions and implementation strategy. This experience not only sharpened my development skills in Google Apps Script but also demonstrated my ability to work effectively within a professional department that values innovation and mutual respect.
The challengesThe challenge I face was figuring out how to make a database for the system, so it can be easily access and edited by the USTP officers.

An enriching and eye-opening internship experience where I discovered a passion for learning, gained valuable insights into government operations, and grew both personally and professionally.
The good thingsEnjoyed engaging with staff to gain real workplace experience and build professional relationships. Learned new skills and administrative processes used in government office operations. Actively participated in daily office tasks and took on new assignments to broaden my knowledge. Developed strong communication, time management, and workplace ethics in a professional environment. Assisted in organizing and preparing official documents, reports, and correspondence. Observed how educational programs and district-level planning are coordinated and supported by administrative staff.
The challengesOne of the main challenges was adapting to a formal and structured government work environment, which required patience and careful attention to procedures. Some tasks were repetitive and routine, which at times felt less engaging, but they helped me understand the importance of detail and consistency in administrative work. Limited access to certain systems or meetings due to confidentiality, which slightly restricted learning in some areas. Adjusting to a slower-paced work culture compared to fast-moving environments was initially difficult, but it taught me to be more observant and thorough in my work.
