    The good thingsLove the working environment, surrounded with wonderful people and they will never leave you alone sorting the things out. Plenty of nice food around the workplace, teambuilding activities with members after work.

    Expansion without Proper Planning leads to disaster
    The good thingsManagement takes a very hands off approach to your work. Overall is very trust based.
    The challengesDespite being a listed company, the management is atrocious. No planning, just blind expanding. Experienced staff are put on a pedestal whereas new staff are basically second-class citizens. No clear job description, no work/life balance boundary, management's solution to a problem is either "hire someone new" or "someone takes on the responsibility" instead of investigating the problem.

    The good thingsCompany trains employee to be independent and support them to achieve their career goals. Great working environment which fully implement the team work concept and to discus with each other whenever there are issue risen. There is no gender issue at this company. Women and men are equally treated for career development. (career)
    The challengesMental and physically challenging. New different issues or problems risen make an employee be able to explore the new knowledge and experience in order to find the solution. Employees are trained to think out of the box and are trains to properly manage the downtime.

    The good thingsThe environment are good. The staff are friendly and you'll enjoying working here. The management are taking good care of all the staff like having a panel clinic for every staff. Life insurance for all staff up to 100k
    The challengesDesign the building services i.e. earthing & lightning protection for buildings like mosque,school,high rise building,airport,mrt and etc. Preparing the earthing system for TNB PPU & PMU based on their requirements.
