impressiveThe good thingsmy boss and superintendent was helpful and giving a opportunity what experience working on ship while in repair. otherwise, my General manager very kindly and educate me for document management and document control. My colleague was also giving me an opportunity do other jobscope in our department as my new experience.
The challengescommunication with customer is my big challenge because my company make a business cooperation in repairing with different country. so, i need make a good communication also good relationship between customer. So i can know what customer need in our project. meanwhile, i also can discuss a better documentation preparation follow customer need.
