    The challengesSeriously one of the worst employer one could ask for. Super stingy in offering pay increment after working for years, terrible office culture especially across departments when things need to be done. Management will keep throwing extra work load & having very demanding deadlines & non sensible expectations although it's totally out of your scope & jurisdiction. Constantly mounting tremendous pressure on every subordinate till they're leaving one after the other. Don't even waste your time & energy considering this company

    The good thingsIndividual task provided. Provide employee a good working environment (comfortable place and nice pantry). Flexibility provided to employee for personal things ( 2hours time off for own work. eg: banking, car repair etc.)
    The challengeslack of guidance when coming to work and task. Colleagues are not helpful. Higher management team not giving a clear direction, or in another word, always change their mind. A very lay back working culture. Not proactive, as those staff knowing that idea/hard work will not be appreciated due to decision that frequently change. Project all easily call off after few months.

    The good thingsHere it is good in the sense that manager is a nice person although head of department is a bit stingy. However, it is very common with all head of department to be trying to save as much as possible for the department. Working here is great if you prefer to have a normal routine job and not too challenging or hectic.
    The challengesSystem here is still new and needs a lot of improvement. If you start to work here you will need to help the department to build up system or set up procedures to improve on this department daily operations. This department or company is still relatively new therefore need more ideas on how to be systematic and set up SOP. Career growth is not much as this is a relatively small department.
