More learning new things and know others position scope of work

The good thingsEnvironment working here was so amazing. All the staff always help each other and keep giving the knowledge to me including the head position of the company.

The challengesOne of the challenges that has been faced during working here was the project in the stage of pre-construction, plus there is no senior quantity surveyor here to give me guidance more about QS. So that I have to study and settle down the problem that related to QS without some advise from the someone who has more knowledge about QS

Good

The good thingsI have gain a lot of knowledge during my working here. The working environment also good because most of the staff here are very helpful. The management also good because there care about the staff welfare. For me, to develop the career here, it is good.

The challengesThe challenges is I need to manage my works properly so that all my works will complete within stipulated time.
