    Typical chinaman company - all you alone have to do it.
    The good things3 years been working here, i can't see employer good but overall i can see there are attitude of ego, selfish, point finger. Project delayed 3 years incomplete and still in progress delaying. High turn over a year.
    The challengesWith the ego having in the management, there shall be no improvement. If talk about self knowledge, you get to work by your ownself and no one there to help. Self enhancement i presume.
