you are searching for work that helps you to grow your softskills then go ahead. but i dont recommend for those who wants to grow for their careers
The good thingsable to polish your soft skills like communication. May learn a lot of things in such little time
The challengespoor management teams. micromanage in each task you are assigned to, not able to execute task freely. you are expected to do tasks out of your job scope that was initially agreed in the offer letter. no much benefit to enjoy, only those who are in higher ranking are able to enjoy them.

No appreciation / bonus to the staffs
The good thingsThe accessible office location
The challengesThe staffs will do a multi tasking works, even out of their professionality job. Only the high level will enjoy the company benefits, even you worked for over 20 years, you may not get the company benefits or appreciations from the company.

Great place for those who likes challenge but might be too challenging
The good thingsMaybe good for fresh graduate who's looking for express skill development since most of the time you'll need to learn many task at once and need to learn fast too plus the multitask skill is very valuable here. Most people here are nice, love the environment and communication with fellow coworkers but management not so.Loved that almost everyone know their role and jobs so well so not so much delay if we requested something from them..
The challengesFast-paced company, everything is fast. Might be overwhelming as time goes by.Doesn't really have work-life balance, since most of the time you need to do OT & might be called over the weekend/public holiday. For few years working,no bonus even with good KPI and work quality (which acknowledged by boss),not much benefit offered too.High turnover. Many new staff but not many opportunities to be promoted or get increments, equal to many resign..

    Mind blowing
The good thingsMind blowing as in both pro and con. Since this company consist of over 30 other smaller companies, each is different industry from one another, as a receptionist one have to learn as fast as possible. Upon manage to learn quick, one shall be promote quicker too. Head of department is good to their staff, when you are good with your work then so does the reward. H.o.d tend to "belanja" good worker so yeah, it is rewarding. Not to mention they are understanding as well, so as long you are doing your job good, everything is tolerable.
The challengesReceptionist gotta learn all department involved, inside and outside property. Its best if you know all companies registered within and each their function, doesnt matter what department you are. Simply because all companies connected one another even though their industries is different. Therefore, hard work and a good team work is highly required here. Its not just a walk in and out type of offices, one need to be helpful towards all department. Believe me, you need to be friendly to everyone because you will walk daily to almost all department just to get your work done. Patience is key.

Not recommended for people who are looking for a job to \"settle down\"
The good thingsI've gained new knowledge and skills, which are totally out of my previous experience. Besides, the employer is a very proactive person, and always keep the team step forward from time to time.
The challengesMy progress was very slow, I was not exposed much on the new skill i've learned. Day by day, I feel that I was not developing, which might affect my future performance and KPI. I was not given a challenging task, but given a very easy task instead, for a long time.
