    The good thingsHe always givae a motivation to all his worker before he go back to home. The accommodations also been provided .Everybody give a cooperation to completing the task given.

    Great place to learn and test your own limit.
    The good thingsMany things to learn, especially for fresh graduates / interns. Staff here are diversified in ethnics and age groups, giving a good chance for you adapt to different language, and working style / behaviour of different age groups. Then you can find your best way to work around / with them.
    The challengesDifferent ethnics and different age groups tends to have a lot different opinions and method of solving things on matters / problems. You will need time to learn to approach different people in different way, which is not something that anyone can endure. If you get through it, you will be fine.
