    Best place to start off !!
    The good thingsI had never worked a job before, and I found the experience to be really daunting. I have picked up a lot of new skills from my great coworkers that I hope will help me in my future professional endeavours. As a result of the positive working conditions, the atmosphere is highly welcoming and enjoyable. The directors and managers are all extremely knowledgeable and excellent at leading their teams. All in all, this company is a really good one.
    The challengesThe only difficulty I ran into was with language. Due to the fact that I could not converse with some people in their language, I found it difficult to interact with them.

    horrible period for me.but good starting for me as fresh graduate.
    The good thingsgood to grain experience for fresh graduate, because they pay a low salary.
    The challengeshard to communicate with subcontractor or main contractor because they think they pay us, so we need to full fill what they want even wrong. terrible site management, no OT for site staff who working after working hours. no flexibility and very calculative with staff.
