    The good thingsI have started in Pen Apparel for 1 year now, even it is not a long time for me being in here but I have experience many thing. First of all lets talk about my manager,he is very friendly and willing to teach as long as we wanted to learn. Not only that my team mate all is very helpful when I first join in, i am just a rookie not knowing so many thing.
    The challengesIn this company the biggest challenge i found is that I have to use my programming skill. Actually since the start of my study my weakest subject is programming. In my whole study time i would never thought that i will take up a job that require programming skill. But i have taken it as i wanted to challenge myself.

    The good thingsnice colleague. all the person there are easy going. the starting pay for that company is above average if compare to market price. however the increment is much more lower than others. The location of this company is at town area. Actually working at industrial zone is more jam if compare with town area. You won't face traffic jam when going to work or back from work.
    The challengesEven those the colleague there is nice and easy going, but there are a lot of colleague which like human-CCTV that 24 hours focus on what are you doing. if they find out some mistake from you, they might enlarge and critic about you. The opportunities of career development depend on which department you are in. Project base department comes out with more opportunities for promotion.
