    Great work-life balance. Work environment free from toxicity!
    The good thingsGood bosses. Even though there are multiple projects at one time, we shared the responsibilities equally without any complaints. The moral support from management and colleagues were great. Teamwork at its BEST!
    The challengesDuring my tenure there, career enhancement had not been taken care by the parent company; PDC. Even though there are many subsidiaries under the parent company, it was difficult to request for transfer from one subsidiaries / department to the other.
