    The good thingsI get paid to learn and teach. That's pretty exciting for me, I love information in all its form. I also to get to meet new people constantly, and i do a lot of detail oriented works satisfy my type A tendencies.
    The challengesI found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.
